Refund Policy

If your experience does not meet your expectations, please review our refund policy below.


Eligible Products for Return

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intent to return the product.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been opened or used

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, intact and undamaged

  • The return is made within 14 days of receipt

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested products cannot be refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved by our team, the refund will be processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 7 to 10 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.).


Non-Refundable Orders

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products returned after the legal 14-day period

  • Products purchased during promotions or with exceptional discount codes (case by case)


Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at support@curio-scope.com with your order number

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return address

  3. Return the product carefully packaged

  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be initiated
