1. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to screen display settings or manufacturing updates.
Curioscope™ commits to providing products that comply with their descriptions under normal cosmetic use.
2. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding possible shipping costs.
Curioscope™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders
Any order placed on our website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
3.1 Made-to-Order Production
Our products are manufactured on demand to ensure freshness.
Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately.
4. Delivery
Average delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Curioscope™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Warranty
Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects.
A lifetime warranty applies to parts (excluding consumables), provided the product is used normally and in accordance with instructions.
7. Refunds
After receipt and validation of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used at checkout.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement can be reached, the competent court shall be that of the company’s registered office.
